Joc Pederson’s Twitter timeline enough to keep Braves, Dodgers fans guessing

Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers fans are only guessing at what Joc Pederson’s next move will be in free agency based on his recent Twitter activity.

With the MLB lockout finally ending, outfielder Joc Pederson has made some noise on Twitter by retweeting seemingly any big fly people have posted of him hitting on social media.

Pederson may have spent the bulk of his professional career with the Los Angeles Dodgers, but he split last season between the Chicago Cubs and Atlanta Braves. While the last year or two has been somewhat turbulent for him, each has ended with him winning the NL pennant and hoisting the Commissioner’s Trophy as a World Series champion. He is still on the market in his free agency.

Pederson is clearly playing both sides here by retweeting any home run or amazing catch he has made in a Dodgers, a Braves or even a Cubs uniform.

Pederson may have only been a short-term rental in Atlanta playing on an expiring contract, but he left an indelible impression on the defending World Series champions.

He was the first big trade of several Braves general manager Alex Anthopoulos made at or around the deadline while the team was struggling to even get to .500.

Initially brought into replace Ronald Acuña Jr. in right field, Pederson became a cultural hero with his clutch hitting off the bench, rocking a sweet pearl necklace like the bad b***h he is.

He may be that m**********r, but there is no telling where he will sign in his free agency.

A return to Atlanta is more promising now than immediately after the season ended, but he could also rejoin the Boys in Blue after a year away from the team he is best known playing for.

Ultimately, Pederson elevated his free agency value considerably because of how he played down the stretch for the Braves. He may covet going to a team where he can play every day in the outfield and not have to platoon. Of course, winning is awesome, so he may look to go to a club where that will be a priority this season. Either way, Pederson should garner plenty of interest.

By retweeting any moonshot he sees on Twitter, Pederson is only adding to his growing legend.
